Energy-Audit.eu is a digital tool for organising building information and producing a preliminary energy assessment before renovation, a property purchase or a deeper technical review.
What the service is for
The assessment is designed for homeowners, property buyers, building professionals and renovation planners who need a clearer starting point. It brings together entered information about the building envelope, openings, heating, ventilation, climate and available energy use so that questions and assumptions can be reviewed in one place.
The tool can help users compare entered renovation scenarios, identify estimated heat-loss contributions and prepare a report for a later discussion. It is decision support for an early stage, not a diagnosis made from a site visit.
Who operates the service
Energy-Audit.eu is operated by SIA Baltic Robots. SIA Baltic Robots is responsible for operating the service and receives payments for Energy-Audit.eu assessments.

What the assessment can and cannot establish
Results depend on the information entered, the geometry represented, recognised material properties and the simplified physical models used by the application. Weather and climate inputs, occupancy, controls and use can also make actual consumption differ from a calculated estimate.
The assessment does not inspect hidden defects, measure air leakage, identify every thermal bridge, verify workmanship, account for moisture sources that are not entered, or establish local construction conditions. These factors can materially affect real performance.
Responsible use
Use the report to document assumptions, compare questions and decide what evidence or advice is needed next. For statutory certification, site surveys, detailed moisture work, engineering design, procurement or legally required professional services, use the appropriate local professional process.
Energy-Audit.eu does not issue a statutory energy audit, energy performance certificate or legal compliance decision.
